8. Advantages<\/strong>
\nDue to its chemical composition, it does not promote bacteria, mold, or fungus growth. It has fire-retardant properties due to the water content in its structure. It balances the humidity level of the environment and allows the material to breathe. More surface area can be plastered with a machine, saving time and labor costs. A glossy surface is achieved after application, allowing for direct paint application.<\/p>\n

9. Application Surface Properties<\/strong>
\nThe application environment temperature must be at least +5\u00b0C. Substances that prevent adhesion on the application surface (dust, oil, etc.) must be cleaned. Before application, surfaces that are dry, warm, and highly absorbent must be moistened with water. A plaster mesh should be used at the joints of different materials to prevent cracking. The smoothness of the surface to be plastered should be checked. The surface of smooth ceilings should be roughened or primed with a material that promotes adhesion of the mortar to the surface before plastering.<\/p>\n

10. Preparing the Mortar<\/strong>
\nALL Spray Plaster Plaster is placed in the machine hopper. The water flow rate is adjusted according to the mixing ratios (water\/plaster ratio: 10 kg of ALL Machine plaster is added to 5.5 liters of water). The mortar coming out of the plastering machine is taken into a 1-liter measuring cup and poured evenly. If the spread diameter of the mortar is 230-235 mm, the appropriate dosage is obtained. The mortar must be used within 150 minutes.<\/p>\n

11. Application<\/strong>
\nAnors suitable for the plaster thickness are placed. The mortar is sprayed between the anors. The surface is leveled, and excess mortar is scraped off. The other notches are filled. The plaster mortar is smoothed with a trowel before it starts to set. Approximately 30 minutes after smoothing, water is sprinkled on the surface, and the surface is trifilled. After 10 minutes, the surface is smoothed with a steel trowel to obtain a shiny surface. Technical specifications may vary depending on site conditions and ground characteristics.<\/p>\n
