Application Surface Properties Moulding plaster moulds must be completely dry before installation. The application ambient temperature must be at least +5 ºC. 10. Sprinkle ALL Fiber-Reinforced Plaster for Structural Plaster Elements onto the water. Wait 2 minutes for the plaster to fully contact and sink into the water. A mechanical mixer should be used to obtain a homogeneous mixture. After mixing, the plaster is ready for casting. The plaster sets in approximately 25 minutes. 11.
