Extra Granite and Marble Adhesive

PRODUCT DEFINITION
A single-component granite and marble adhesive mortar based on cement, with reduced slip properties and performance-enhancing additives.

WARNINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
- No foreign materials should be added.
- All tools used should be washed with water before drying.
- Water should not be added to mortar that has passed its use-by date for reuse.

SURFACE PREPARATION
- The surface should be clean, dry, smooth, and sound.
- Plasters thinner than 3 mm should be scraped off.
- Any roughness that may reduce adhesion should be removed.
- Defects should be repaired with Allkim Flex Repair Mortar at least 24 hours before application.
- Porous surfaces should be moistened, but no water film should remain on the surface.
- Repairs under 7 mm can be made with Allkim Flex Granite and Marble Adhesive.
- On raw concrete surfaces, ALLASTAR raw concrete primer should be applied in a single coat.

APPLICATION CONDITIONS
- Ambient temperature should be between +5°C and +35°C.
- Should not be applied on frozen surfaces or surfaces at risk of freezing within 24 hours.
- Should not be applied in direct sunlight, strong wind, or on hot surfaces.
- Surfaces with a film layer should be re-scraped.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Slowly pour 25 kg of powdered mortar into 6.5-7 liters of water and mix with a low-speed mixer.
- Let it rest for 5-10 minutes, then mix again.
- Harç, dişli çelik mala ile yüzeye uygulanır, mala diş boyutu seramik ölçüsüne göre seçilir.
- For large-sized ceramic tiles, double-sided bonding should be performed.
- Air pockets should be removed by pressing with a rubber mallet.
- The prepared mixture should be used within 3 hours.
- Grout filling should be done 2 days after installation on the floor and 24 hours after installation on the wall.
