2004 yılında Batman’da kurulan ilk fabrikamızla yapı malzemeleri sektörüne güçlü bir giriş yaptık. 300.000 ton/yıl kapasiteyle başladığımız bu yolculuk, yıllar içinde üretim gücümüzü, ürün çeşitliliğimizi ve etki alanımızı sürekli genişletti.

Kısa sürede yurt dışı satışlarına başladık, ardından Ankara’da ikinci fabrikamızın temellerini attık. 2007 yılında Ankara tesisimiz üretime geçerek kapasitemizi daha da artırdı. Batman’da ise alçı levha, profil, yapı kimyasalları,PVC ve beton katkıları alanlarında yatırımlarımıza devam ettik.

Sadece üretmekle kalmadık; kaliteyi belgeledik. 2015 yılında yapı sektöründe bir ilke imza atarak "Yıldızlı TSE Belgesi’ni almaya hak kazandık. Aynı yıl Ankara Alçı Levha Tesisimizi devreye alarak sektördeki güçlü konumumuzu pekiştirdik.

Kendi maden sahalarımızda hammadde üretimine başladık. Böylece tedarik zincirimizi kontrol altına alarak sürdürülebilir üretim gücümüzü garanti altına aldık. 2020 yılında iştirak firmalarımızı All Alçı San. Tic. A.Ş. çatısı altında birleştirerek daha yalın, güçlü ve odaklı bir yapıya kavuştuk.

2023 yılında Sanayi ve Teknoloji Bakanlığı tarafından tescillenen Batman Ar-Ge Merkezimiz, inovasyon kabiliyetimizi belgeleyen önemli bir adım oldu. Sektöre sadece ürün değil, aynı zamanda çözüm sunmayı hedefleyerek Toz Alçı Silo Sistemi gibi yenilikçi hizmetleri de devreye aldık.

Bugün All Alçı, yüksek üretim kapasitesi, güçlü insan kaynağı, yaygın satış ağı ve sürdürülebilirlik odaklı yaklaşımıyla Türkiye'nin yapı malzemeleri sektöründeki güvenilir çözüm ortağıdır.

    Our plaster plant, established in Ankara, has commenced production activities. With a capacity of 300.000 tons/year, it has reached significant potential in the plaster sector.

  5. Capacity

    Batman reached a capacity of 380.000 tons/year by adding a new kiln to its powder plaster production line. Batman Plaster Board Plant started its first production with a capacity of 8.500.000 m²/year. 8.500.000 m²/yıl kapasite ile ilk üretimine başladı.

  6. Profile Production Plant

    A Profile Production Plant was established in Batman. It began producing profiles for use in Gypsum Plaster and Plaster Board.

  7. Construction Chemicals Plant

    A Construction Chemicals Plant was established in Batman and began production with a capacity of 80.000 tons/year.

  8. Teknogips Plaster Factory

    All Alçı acquired the Teknogips Plaster Factory in Batman, which began production in 2007 with a capacity of 300.000 tons/year. (Through merger)

  9. Plaster Stone Plant

    In 2013, a plaster stone plant was acquired in Ankara.

  10. Kalmertaş Calcite Plant

    The Kalmertaş calcite plant in Kırıkkale was acquired. (180.000 tons/year capacity)

  11. Construction Chemicals Production

    The Batman Construction Chemicals Plant began production of liquid construction chemicals.

  12. TSE Star Certificate

    All Alçı has received the TSE Star certificate, which is awarded for the first time in the construction sector to demonstrate that the quality of products and services is high and that they fully comply with the specified standards.

  13. Plasterboard Plant

    The Plasterboard plant in Ankara has commenced production.

  14. Plasterboard Plant

    The foundations were laid for a plasterboard plant in Ankara with a production capacity of 12.500.000 m²/year.

  15. Concrete Additives Plant

    The Concrete Additives Plant, which plays an important role in concrete production technology, was established in Batman with a capacity of 140.000 tons/year.

  16. Capacity

    The capacity of the Gölbaşı plaster factory has been increased to 400.000 tons/year.

  17. Construction Chemicals Plant

    A Construction Chemicals Plant with a capacity of 80.000 tons/year was established in Ankara. It took over the management/sales of the Aksaray Rock Wool Plant, which is part of Fernas İnşaat.

    Sales of Allwool have commenced.

  19. R&D Center

    The Batman R&D Center, established within All Alçı on 5.07.2023, was approved by the Ministry of Industry and Technology as the first R&D Center in the construction sector in the region and the first in the plaster sector in Türkiye.

  20. Powder Plaster Silo System

    The Powder Plaster Silo System service has commenced at the Gölbaşı factory.
