7. Storage ConditionsIt should be stored in its original packaging, closed, in a dry place and on pallets.
8. AdvantagesBonding strength is increased with special additives. Post-freezing strength increases rapidly. It is an adhesive application that minimizes volume loss in interior spaces.
9. Application Surface PropertiesThe application ambient temperature must be at least +5 ºC. Substances that prevent adhesion on the application surface (dust, oil, etc.) must be cleaned. Dry and warm surfaces should be moistened before application. Surfaces where bonding is performed should not be exposed to water, moisture, or air currents. Materials that will form a film layer on the surface should not be applied.
10. Preparing the MortarAdd an appropriate amount of water to a clean container. ALL Adhesive Plaster is sprinkled onto the water (Water/Plaster ratio: 10 kg ALL Adhesive Plaster to 5 liters of water). The mortar is left to stand for 2 minutes to allow the plaster and water to fully mix and sink. It should be mixed with a mechanical mixer to obtain a homogeneous mixture. The prepared mortar should be used within approximately 30 minutes.
11. ApplicationThe adhesive application should start from the corner of the wall. The prepared adhesive mortar is applied to the back of the plasterboard in at least 3 piles in the width direction and at 30 cm intervals in the length direction. In cases where there is insufficient manpower, the mortar can also be applied to the wall surface to avoid weighing down the plasterboard. The plasterboard is pressed against the wall with a trowel and its level is checked. Technical specifications may vary depending on site and ground conditions.
12. Shelf Life6 months from the date of manufacture.
13. Technical SpecificationsTechnical specifications may vary depending on site conditions and ground characteristics.
