Advantages Fine particle structure. Therefore, it creates a smooth surface during casting. Setting time allows for comfortable and seamless application. 9. Application Surface Properties Moulding plaster moulds must be completely dry before installation. The application ambient temperature must be at least +5 ºC. 10. Preparing the Mortar Add water appropriate for the amount of mortar to a clean container (water/plaster ratio: 7 liters of water to 10 kg of ALL Moulding Plaster). Sprinkle ALL Fiber-Reinforced Plaster for Structural Plaster Elements onto the water. Wait 2 minutes for the plaster to fully contact and sink into the water. A mechanical mixer should be used to obtain a homogeneous mixture. After mixing, the plaster is ready for casting. The plaster sets in approximately 25 minutes. 11.
