DEFINITION

Cement-based, polymer-modified, standard performance gas concrete adhesive mortar.

The surface to be applied must be free of substances that reduce adhesion, such as dust, lime, mold oil, and paint residue.

Areas with high water absorption should be moistened before application.

If present, any irregularities on the surface should be leveled using mortar.

Pour 6-7 liters of water into a clean container large enough to hold one bag. Slowly add Allkim Gas Concrete Adhesive to the water and mix with a low-speed mixer until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Allow the mixed material to rest for 5 minutes, then mix again for 1-2 minutes to make it ready for use. The prepared mortar is applied to the surface using a suitable notched steel trowel.

The gas concrete placed on the surface is fully adhered to the surface using a mallet. The application is continued in the same manner.

• The application environment temperature should be between +5 ⁰C and +35 ⁰C.
• Do not apply without precautions in heavy rain or direct sunlight.
• Do not add foreign substances to Allkim Gas Concrete adhesive mortar.
• Avoid prolonged contact with eyes and skin, and do not inhale dust.
• Personal protective equipment must be used during application (gloves, dust mask, etc.).
• The information provided is valid for application areas with a temperature of 23 ± 2 ⁰C and humidity of 50 ± 5%.
