10. Preparing the Mortar

Water is added to a clean container in accordance with the amount of mortar required (water/plaster ratio: 6.5 liters of water to 10 kg of ALL Satin Plaster). ALL Fine Applicable Plaster is sprinkled onto the water. The mortar is left to stand for 2 minutes to allow the plaster and water to fully mix and settle. To obtain a homogeneous mixture, the mortar must be mixed with a mechanical mixer. The mortar obtained after mixing is ready for use. The mortar must be used within 80 minutes.

11. Application

ALL Fine Applicable Plaster mortar is placed onto a steel trowel and applied to the application surface with a plastering trowel. After the initial set, marks on the surface caused by the trowel are smoothed out. Technical specifications may vary according to site conditions and ground properties.
