Product Definition
- It is a cement-based, polymer-modified, fiber-reinforced, high-performance, flexible, and highly stable thermal insulation board mortar.

Application Limits
- Usage time of the prepared mortar: Max. 2 hours
- Time required to wait for the final coat application: Min. 7 days
Warnings and Recommendations
- No foreign materials should be added under any circumstances.
- All tools used should be washed with water before they dry.
- Mortar that has passed its use-by date should not be reused.
Surface Preparation
- The insulation board should be sturdy, well-adhered to the underlying surface, clean, and dry.
- Gaps between boards should be filled with the same material or foam, and protrusions should be cleaned.
Application Conditions
- Ambient temperature between +5 °C and +35 °C
- Should not be applied in very humid, very hot, or excessively windy weather
- Should not be applied on frozen, thawing, or surfaces at risk of freezing within 24 hours
Application Instructions
- Slowly pour 25 kg of powder into 6.5-6.8 liters of water and mix thoroughly with a low-speed mixer.
- Let stand for 5-10 minutes, then mix again.
- Apply to the surface with a steel trowel.
- The reinforcement mesh should be applied from top to bottom, pressing down, stretching, and without folding, before it dries.
- The reinforcement mesh should overlap by 10 cm at the joints.
- It should be turned at least 20 cm at corners and around beams, windows, and doors.
- The second coat should be applied 1 day later.
- After application, the surface is ready for exterior cladding.
Consumption
3.4-4 kg of powder per 1 m² of application.
