Warnings and Recommendations

  • No foreign materials should be added under any circumstances.
  • All tools used should be washed with water before they dry.
  • Mortar that has passed its use-by date should not be reused.

Surface Preparation

  • The insulation board should be sturdy, well-adhered to the underlying surface, clean, and dry.
  • Gaps between boards should be filled with the same material or foam, and protrusions should be cleaned.

Application Conditions

  • Ambient temperature between +5 °C and +35 °C
  • Should not be applied in very humid, very hot, or excessively windy weather
  • Should not be applied on frozen, thawing, or surfaces at risk of freezing within 24 hours

Application Instructions

  • Slowly pour 25 kg of powder into 6.5-6.8 liters of water and mix thoroughly with a low-speed mixer.
  • Let stand for 5-10 minutes, then mix again.
  • Apply to the surface with a steel trowel.
  • The reinforcement mesh should be applied from top to bottom, pressing down, stretching, and without folding, before it dries.
  • The reinforcement mesh should overlap by 10 cm at the joints.
  • It should be turned at least 20 cm at corners and around beams, windows, and doors.
  • The second coat should be applied 1 day later.
  • After application, the surface is ready for exterior cladding.
