Repair Mortar

Product Definition

• Cement-based, polymer-modified, and fiber-reinforced high-performance repair mortar.

• CE

• No foreign materials should be added under any circumstances.
• All tools used should be washed with water before they dry.
• Mortar that has passed its use-by date should not be reused by adding water.

• The surface must be clean, dry, and free of mold release agents.
• Surfaces with low adhesion should be checked with a hammer, weak areas should be removed, and open corners should be left at the edges.
• The surface should be moistened before application and saturated with water in hot and windy weather.

For reinforcing steel: Rust should be cleaned with a steel wire brush and dust should be removed.

Application Conditions

• Ambient temperature between +5 °C and +35 °C.
• Application should not be carried out in very humid, very hot, or excessively windy weather, or in direct sunlight.
• Do not apply on frozen, thawing, or surfaces at risk of freezing within 24 hours.

Application Instructions

• Slowly pour 25 kg of powder into 6.5-6.8 liters of water and mix until no lumps remain. (A low-speed mixer is recommended.)
• Let it rest for 5-10 minutes and mix again before application.
• Fill any gaps, cracks, or broken areas in the floor with a trowel.
• A thin application of 1-10 mm or a thick application of 10-30 mm can be made.
• The surface is smoothed with a damp sponge.
• The prepared mortar must be used within 60 minutes. Mortar that has exceeded its usage time should be discarded.
• After application, it is recommended to moisten the surface from time to time for 24 hours.

3.4-4 kg of powder for 1 m² application with a thickness of 1 mm.
