ALLKİM FLEX EXTRA TILE AND CERAMIC ADHESIVE ÜTF DEFINITION Cement-based, polymer-modified, slip-resistant, extended working time, standard performance tile and ceramic adhesive. APPLICATION AREAS

Used for bonding covering materials such as ceramic and tile to walls and floors in interior spaces, in wet areas such as kitchens and bathrooms, and on surfaces such as concrete, screed, and plaster.

SURFACE PREPARATION

The surface to be applied must be free of dust, lime, mold oil, paint residue, and other substances that reduce adhesion. If present, any imperfections on the surface should be repaired with Allkim Flex Repair Mortar 48 hours in advance.

APPLICATION

Pour 6-7 liters of water into a clean container large enough to hold one bag. Slowly add Allkim Flex Extra Tile and Ceramic Adhesive to the water and mix with a low-speed mixer until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Allow the mixed material to rest for about 5 minutes before use.

The prepared mortar is applied with a notched trowel. Depending on ambient temperatures, grouting can be performed after an average of 24 hours.

WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS
  • Application environment temperature: +5 ⁰C to +35 ⁰C
  • The floor should be opened to traffic at least 24 hours after application.
  • Do not apply without precautions in heavy rain or direct sunlight.
  • Do not add foreign substances to Allkim Flex Tile and Ceramic Adhesive.
  • Avoid prolonged contact with eyes and skin, and do not inhale dust.
  • Personal protective equipment (gloves, dust mask, etc.) must be worn during application.

The information provided is valid for application areas with a temperature of 23 ± 2°C and humidity of 50 ± 5%.
