DEFINITION Cement-based, ready-to-use machine plaster. AREAS OF USE
Applied to brick, aerated concrete, concrete, exposed concrete, pumice, brick wall, and ceiling surfaces in indoor and outdoor areas.
FEATURES / ADVANTAGES- Performs both rough and fine plastering functions with a single coat application.
- Creates a solid base with high adhesion and strength.
- Enables easy and fast application with a machine.
- More resistant to water than traditional plasters.
Appearance / Color: Gray powder
Packaging: 30 kg kraft bags
Particle Size: 0 – 2 mm
Application Thickness: Minimum 1 cm / Maximum 2.5 cm
Application Temperature: Between +5⁰C and +35⁰C
Consumption: 15 - 17 kg / m² for 1 cm thickness
Mixing Ratio: 6 – 6.5 liters of water / 30 kg of powder
SURFACE PREPARATIONThe surface to be applied must be clean and solid.
Any loose particles, mold release agents, dust, paint, dirt, or other materials that could reduce adhesion must be scraped off the surface.
The water absorption of the surface to be applied must be checked, and highly absorbent areas must be moistened.
Smooth surfaces such as aerated concrete and raw concrete must be made rough 1 day in advance with All Brüt Beton surface primer.
APPLICATION30 kg of Allkim Ready-Mix Plaster is mixed with a ready-mix plaster machine (6 – 6.5 liters of water/30 kg bag) and sprayed onto the surface. The application thickness should be between 1 cm and 2.5 cm in a single coat. If the thickness exceeds 2.5 cm, the second coat is applied to a maximum of 2.5 cm after the first coat has set. The surface is troweled, smoothed when hardened, and finished with a damp sponge.
SHELF LIFE1 year from the date of manufacture in dry, moisture-free conditions.
CONSUMPTION15 - 17 kg/m² for 1 cm thickness.
WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONSAs the product is cement-based, it should not be inhaled and should not come into contact with the skin or eyes.
Do not add foreign materials (lime, cement, plaster, etc.).
Apply between +5°C and +35°C.
Avoid application in freezing conditions, strong sunlight, and wind.
